I have been a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2004, through Can Fit Pro. I design personalized fitness programs for people of all ages and fitness abilities. I specialise in designing programs for Older Adults, which in addition to cardio and strength training, also focus on balance and functional movement.

I am a busy mom of 3 young girls and just like you don’t have time to spend hours alone working out at the gym focusing on making my body look better! Through my years of experience I have developed a fitness program where I can look my best, enjoy myself with my favorite foods/drinks, and feel confident and strong. No need for a home gym! I use a stability ball, free weights, and my own body weight to sculpt my body into a lean size 4. I was a size 10 when I met my husband in 2003, gained 50 lbs in 2006 and again in 2008 with two pregnancies and now in 2012 look better than ever!
My philosophy is simple- ignore the trendy exercise clothes, gimmicky exercise equipment, and expensive gyms. I can teach you how to tone all of the muscle groups in your body and get your heart rate up in the comfort of your home! Let me give you the strong confident body you have always wanted!
New to working out? No problem! All exercises can be modified to one’s ability. We start at level 1 exercises and once these become easy we move on something harder to continue to see results. Look and feel better today!
I also love cooking and food and can show you how to make healthier choices and use portion control so you can enjoy the foods you love and still feel satisfied. If you want further nutritional advice, I work with a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and together we can help you to reach your goals.
